Places with the best view in Seoul: Where to see Seoul skyline
Bugak Palgakjeong Pavilion
Nestled atop Bugaksan Mountain, the pavilion is not popular with tourists, although it is among the best off-the-beaten-path places to explore in Seoul.
If you don’t have a car, you will find getting to the beautiful pagoda and skywalk difficult. However, the walk-up will be worth it for the Seoul skyline view that will greet you.
We went on a busy weekend day and had lunch inside the pagoda, enjoying the nice city view. If you can, we would encourage you to go during the golden hour (just before sunset).
From this viewpoint, you can admire Namsan Tower, the Seoul Fortress Wall, and Bugaksan Mountain, among other attractions.

Haneul Park
Set in a residential area, one hour away from the city center, Haneul Park is popular with locals and photography lovers.
This park was within walking distance from our home. Naturally, it was one of our favorite places to enjoy a coffee and the Seoul skyline view it offered. If you want to do that, you should bring the coffee with you. On top of the hill, there is only a small convenience store.
From the viewpoint platforms, you can see the Han River, the World Cup Stadium, and both N Seoul Tower and Lotte Tower in the distance, depending on the day.
You can climb to the top on foot or take the small train available in the park.
How to get to Haneul Park
Take the Airport Railroad line from Seoul Station to Digital Media City Station. From there, walk or take line number 6 to World Cup Stadion Station. Take Exit 1 and walk toward the hill.
